Good thing Birmingham chef Benard Tamburello knows a little something about multitasking.
All this week, while running his Bernie's On Main restaurant in Columbiana and training a new staff for the mid-May opening of his Vecchia Pizzeria & Mercato in The Preserve in Hoover, Tamburello is also preparing to serve about 3,000 guests at Saturday's third annual Feast of Saint Mark Italian Food Festival at Saint Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church on Cahaba Valley Road.
