Mark your calendars and clear your schedules because the Italian American Future Leaders (IAFL) Annual Conference is just around the corner, and it’s going to be another unforgettable event! The Second Annual IAFL Conference (IAFL2) will take place from January 12-15, 2024, once again held in Sunrise, FL at the newly renamed Amerant Bank Arena.

The 3-night, 4-day conference will welcome the nation’s best and brightest Italian American men and women (ages 21- 35). This year, IAFL is taking it up a notch, and seeing to build on its first annual success with even more collaborative sessions, keynote seminars inspired by our work last year, themed banquets, and, of course, another chance to root on the Florida Panthers as they take on the NJ Devils.
