Vincent Barresi, owner of Vincent's in North Raleigh, is opening another restaurant - this time with the backing of a New York-based investment group. Cucina di Milano (1106 Grace Park Drive), which Barresi hopes to open by mid-August, will incorporate some ingredients of the recipe that has made Vincent's a success for more than 20 years.
The menu will, not surprisingly, include the New York style pizzas, pastas and other Italian-American favorites that have become a Vincent's trademark. But the new restaurant will by no means be a clone of the old one.
