Chef Giancarlo Ferrara, owner of Amalfi Ristorante in Houston, will lead master class participants through a tasting of a wide variety of regional Italian food products and wines, many of which have never been available before in Oklahoma. He was also be preparing light bites to be paired with the wines (provided by Margaux and Associates, Dallas). The event coincides with the ongoing show “The Painters of Pompeii” at the museum.
