Kicking off the 2014 Italian Festival season was a town hall packed with royalty, pageantry, elected officials and well-wishers from the Village of Tickfaw and beyond on Thursday night, March 27.
With so much sparkling royalty, handshaking and hugs amongst visitors, the well-wishers' true guest of honor this evening was local artist, woodcraftsman and US Postal Carrier for Hammond, Steve Galofaro, who unveiled his original painting selected by board members to represent Italian Fest '14.
