The Consulate General of Italy, located in Houston, will be sending an officer to the AICC in New Orleans in 537 S Peters St. on May 11, 12 to collect biometric data (fingerprints, photo and signature) of Italian citizens interested in obtaining a new passport.
This service is for Italian citizens residing in the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Italy (Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas). Citizens must be registered with this Consulate and in the Register of Italians residing abroad (A.I.R.E). Citizens must be in compliance with the registration of their vital records (marriage, birth of children and, if applicable, divorce). There are no exceptions.
