“The Italian Festival has allowed us to bring a piece of Italy to Arizona since 2014,” said Italian Association Executive Director Francesco Guzzo. “It’s amazing to see how this event has grown over the past few years. We are approaching our ninth festival, and we are grateful that we can show the Valley a small piece of our culture.”

The Scottsdale Taste of Italy, happening during Italian Heritage Month, will feature a variety of live entertainment offerings during the event weekend, including Opera singers and the Sicilian Band to name a few. The event will provide authentic cuisine such as fresh biscotti, gelato, espresso, pasta, pizza, and Italian street fair foods. Featuring local vendors like L’Impasto, D’Amico, My Daddy’s Italian Bakery and Dolce Vita. Non-food vendors will also be in attendance to sell jewelry, handmade Italian leather purses and much more. ASU fashion students and Assoc. Professor Galina Mihaleva will display, and present Italian-inspired, sustainable fashion made of recycled products. Plus, kids can enjoy face painting and balloon makers in the Kids Fun Zone.

The Italian Festival wouldn’t be possible without its title sponsor, the City of Scottsdale, and others such as Peroni, PepsiCo, Aperol & Campari, Anderson Windows and Classico Wines & Spirits.
