Mario Batali and partner Joe Bastianich have officially announced that they, like other big-time chef person Daniel Boulud, will be bringing a burger concept to the Venetian hotel in Las Vegas. According to Eater Vegas, the 120-seat B&B Burger & Beer will open sometime in the Fall, with a "beer-driven" menu as well as "20 televisions tuned to sports." Most brews will be from Nevada and Southern California.
This will be the duo's fourth Vegas venture after Otto Enoteca Pizzeria, Carnevino, and B&B Ristorante.
