Ermenegildo Zegna, long a mainstay in the Italian luxury fashion world, got a high-wattage boost when it appointed visionary Stefano Pilati earlier this year as creative director of Agnona, the women's collection, and as head of design for Ermenegildo Zegna. Zegna's tradition of tailoring and leadership in fabrics, combined with Pilati's vision, will no doubt drive the Zegna brand forward in its global markets—and specifically here in LA.

The Beverly Hills boutique, which just moved down the street from its original location of 18 years, will be the first Peter Marino–designed outpost to open on the West Coast and only the second in the country after the New York flagship.
