The exhibit, curated by the 2021 Italian Design Ambassador in Los Angeles Mattia Biagi, explores the iconic creations by Italian designers and design companies. Bringing Italian design and culture to a wide public has always been one of Biagi’s goals since he moved to Los Angeles 18 years ago.

His aim with this show is to take the observer on a voyage through a selection of classic Italian design pieces highlighting Italian ingenuity and sustainability. Italians are internationally renowned for transforming basic materials such as wood, fabric, glass, stone and plastic into true works of art through their talent and knowledge. Italy accepted the challenge of creating a sustainable future long ago.
