The week of May 22nd, San Francisco welcomed SMAU | Italy RestartsUp, an event dedicated to innovation between Italy and the Bay Area Ecosystem, organized by SMAU in collaboration with ICE, the agency for the internationalization and promotion abroad of Italian companies.
Innovation and excellence of “Made In Italy” were at the center of the conversations among entrepreneurs, investors, and managers invited to attend a full day of events and panels. “Smau | Italy RestartsUp in San Francisco will be the occasion to activate trade relations, partnerships and investments between the various international ecosystem professionals that will visit the event and those from Italy taking part in the initiative”, SMAU President, Pierantonio Macola stated.
BAIA Board Members were guests at the opening networking cocktail event at the Italian Consulate in San Francisco, followed by a day of startup pitches, panels, and networking among local corporates, investors, enablers, and startups.
