In honor of the Cherry Blossom Festival, Via Umbria is hosting a series of three Italian Dinner Parties: March 23rd through March 25th, with cherries infused into every dish. Grab a seat at Via Umbria's communal table in their Laboratorio Kitchen. There's a single fixed menu each night (with a vegetarian offering possible with advance request) and one seating at 7:00 pm.
Starting with Insalata di Mache e Ciliegie, followed by Goat Cheese stuffed Ravioli in a butter and sour cherry sauce, Pork Filet stuffed with Dried Cherries as the main, and topped off with Crostata con Ricotta e Ciliegie this dinner will be the perfect addition to your Cherry Blossom festivities.
