Joe Caputo & Sons Fruit Market IGA has acquired four Dominick's locations in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, IGA said. Terms were not disclosed.
The stores are located in the Illinois towns of Northbrook, Arlington Heights, Des Plaines and Elk Grove Village, and were taken over by Joe Caputo & Sons on Jan. 25. Conversion of the Northbrook and Arlington Heights stores is expected to begin immediately with anticipated opening dates in late March/early April.
