The Italian Gathering will celebrate its 10th year with one of the biggest names in Lamborghini. Retired test-driver and brand ambassador Valentino Balboni will help roll out the 2015 Italian Gathering from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6, on the grounds of Wendy's Corporate headquarters, 1 Dave Thomas Blvd.

Organizer George Evans, owner of Evans Automotive on Columbus' north side, said he knows Balboni from Lamborghini shows. "He's the most famous Lamborghini person in the world," Evans said. Balboni, the only person in the world to have his name on a Lamborghini production model, talked with Evans about coming to show and agreed to attend this year. At the show, Balboni will sign autographs and talk to people about his time with the company.
