Iconic Italian fashion house Versace is opening a store on Rush Street in the Gold Coast, highlighting how the boundaries of luxury shopping continue to expand in the downtown neighborhood.
Versace plans to open a two-level, 5,000-square-foot space on the east side of Rush Street, just north of Walton Street, confirmed Luke Molloy and Danny Jacobson, senior directors in the local office of Cushman & Wakefield. They brokered the deal for the property's owner, a venture of Chicago-based JMB Realty.
