When local business owners Mike and Denise Schaefer purchased the building at 310 Main St. about a year ago, they couldn't have predicted that they'd be starting a new business venture unlike any they'd been involved in before.
The owners of Schaefer's Precision Auto Body and Frame had planned to use the spacious downtown location as a rental, but ran into an issue: too much space. Any of the businesses interested in the location wanted to use only part of the building. "Nothing really fit," Denise Schaefer said.
