Alfa Romeo will reveal the full lineup of the 2018 Stelvio SUV at the 2017 New York International Auto Show. First seen only in range-topping Quadrifoglio trim at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the Stelvio is the brand’s first SUV since the Matta military off-roader of the 1950s.
The Stelvio and Stelvio Ti will form the base of the nameplate’s lineup in the U.S. Sharing a platform and many of their dirty bits with the Giulia sedan, the Stelvio and Stelvio Ti both come standard with a turbocharged 2.0L I-4 that produces 280 hp and 306 lb-ft. Standard direct injection, “Q4” all-wheel drive, and a class-exclusive carbon fiber driveshaft help improve performance. Expect the sprint to 60 mph to take about 5.5 seconds.
