Tenacity; obstinacy, almost. And a touch of luck. That's how Carlo Traglio, Vhernier President and CEO, managed to realize his dream of opening a store in New York, the third one in the US for the jewelry brand headquartered in Valenza, capital of the Piedmontese jewel district.
It's a "turning point" in the brand's growth in the vast American market.
"Last year was a very positive year for Vhernier in the United States: sales rose by 20% and in the case of the store in Beverly Hills, LA, the first we opened in the US, the increase in sales has been 150% since 2013," said Traglio, who is also Vhernier's creative director.
