Ready to own a piece of Fendi real estate?
The Italian label is set to claim its share of Miami with a luxury condo building on the city's famous waterfront.
According to WWD, the 12-story Fendi Château Residences, a collaboration with Château Group, is set to open in June of 2016 and will feature 58 units. Located near The Bal Harbour Shops, the complex will offer all the living amentities a luxury-loving client would want, with a fashionable twist of course.
