The “Italian Delegation Made in Italy” Pavilion returns to the Florida International Trade and Cultural Expo to promote Made in Italy, with a specific focus on the excellence of the Lazio Region. The important U.S. government Business Expo - Florida International Trade and Cultural Expo - which is an important international showcase for Made in Italy, will be held in October.
On October 23 and 24, during the Expo, the Broward County Convention Center will host business and institutional delegations from 70 countries, who look to Florida as a preferential gateway to develop new business opportunities in the American market.
Once again this year, Italy is in the front row with the Italian Delegation Made in Italy: Strategic Partner of Broward County - Florida Department of Economic Affairs and SME Development. A delegation from the Lazio Region will also take part in the third edition of the Italian Delegation Made in Italy Pavilion at FITCE, sponsored by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.
The participation of the Lazio Region in the Italian Pavilion will be marked by the claim “Made in Lazio to Made in Italy,” as an invitation to discover the Region and its cultural and culinary heritages.
The region will be allocated an institutional space within the pavilion, which will give ample space to the beauty of the region. The delegation consists of several Lazio companies in the agrifood sector.
The Italian Pavillion space will also host activities that aim to promote the Italian spirit in all its aspects: among them, a Masterclass on wines from Lazio with Luciano Castiello, former National Ambassador Wine Educator at Castello Banfi Wines and Brand Ambassador of Veuve Clicquot, and a Lectio magistralis on the cuisine of Lazio, by Michelin-starred chef Marco Bottega.
A good number of Italian companies, operating in different sectors, will also attend.
Business and economic diplomacy will be the central themes of FITCE 2024: the presence of representatives from almost all the states of the American continent will allow Italian companies to have visibility, networking and business opportunities at an international level, under the supervision of the company M.Ro Business Cooperation & Innovation Center, which through its President and CEO Romina Nicoletti, has structured a strategic and official partnership for Made in Italy and Made in Lazio at FITCE.
“A company's growth necessarily passes through internationalization,” points out Romina Nicoletti, official contact person for the Italian Delegation Made in Italy at FITCE. “The exploration of new markets is a fundamental stimulus for Italian companies: first of all to improve internal management and, secondly, it allows our entrepreneurs to understand the importance of “knowing how to communicate.” Italian companies have always stood out for the quality of their products, but have lagged behind in terms of marketing strategy. FITCE is a platform where, the centrality of international brand awarness, will enable our exhibitors to do international marketing. It will, likewise, put companies in a position to make business deals in a top-level business environment.
Moreover, the participation of the Lazio Region is aimed at strengthening business ties, with the goal of positioning Lazio companies and products in a market that is experiencing an unprecedented economic boom, with a high-spending consumer profile: an ideal target for Made in Italy, Made in Lazio products.”
During the Expo, institutional and business meetings will be organized with the aim of forging trade and partnership agreements with Broward County institutions, aimed at creating a duty-free zone for Lazio products.
