Lonati, a world-leading textile machinery manufacturer based in the northern Italian city of Brescia, is eyeing the US market for expansion. The company was invited to attend a trade fair in Greenboro, North Carolina, in mid-April. Here it will have a chance to display some of its latest technological innovations.
North Carolina is also where Lonati registered one of its most important orders. The order comes from U.S. footwear and legwear maker Peds Legwear, which has just re-opened a previously dismissed manufacturing facility in the town of Hildebran.
