Highland Park Village has a new high-fashion tenant: Etro, known for kaleidoscope prints, rich colors, and bohemian flair, just moved into Dallas' most upscale shopping destination. This is the first local standalone shop for the Italian brand and only the seventh in the United States.
The 2,300-square-foot store, located next to fellow newcomer Dior Beauty, houses menswear, womenswear, accessories, and fragrance. Etro also recently opened a shop at Houston's River Oaks District. "I think it does well in Texas because it's such a fun, colorful line — and one of the few that is strong in men's and women's collections," says CultureMap's Houston-based fashion authority Clifford Pugh.
