Nearly a year on from Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta's purchase of the River Oaks District for $450 million, he's making good on his promise to ramp up the number of retailers in the luxury mall. Most notably, luxury Italian menswear brand Stefano Ricci has opened in the mixed-use, 300,000-square-foot retail center at 4444 Westheimer.

The center offers top luxury brands like Hermes, Cartier, Dior and Van Cleef & Arpels, along with top-tier restaurants in addition to 67,000 square feet of office space and 279 apartment units. Stefano Ricci sells all sorts of fine menswear, including shoes, fragrances, tailored clothing, soft cashmere, and, of course, it's all made with Italian craftsmanship that prioritizes quality of materials.
