It’s expected to fetch $1.3 million when it goes under the hammer in Arizona next month. The Ferrari F12 was a fabulous supercar in practically every way, but that didn’t stop the Italian automaker from improving on near-perfection. The result was the ferocious F12 tdf named after the Tour de France and the legendary 250 GT Berlinetta Tour de France that came before it.

The F12 tdf was the one of the most extreme road-going supercars Ferrari had ever produced at the time, packing a 6.5-liter V12 producing 769-horsepower. Unsurprisingly, Top Gear’s Chris Harris was utterly besotted with it.
