Tri-State Italian-American Congress presents $25,000 in Catholic School Scholarships

As a lead-off event to this year's national celebration of Catholic Schools Week, representatives of the Tri-State Italian-American Congress presented $25,000 in scholarships to 25 students of Italian heritage from 18 Catholic elementary schools of the Archdiocese of Newark.
The awards were presented in the Auditorium of the Archdiocesan Center of the Archdiocese, 171 Clifton Avenue, Newark, on Thursday, January 21, 2016.
