Members of the local UNICO Delmarva Chapter gathered at Nicola Pizza Feb.10 to plan events for the spring 2015 season. UNICO National, with chapters in over 35 states, aims to provide each community with service projects. Programs are also offered to promote the study of Italian language and culture.
With this goal in mind, the Delmarva Chapter has identified local shelters and assisted living facilities to provide both financial and social programs.
