PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLICK THE "SILICON VALLEY GIVES" OPTION TO HAVE YOUR $25 DONATION MATCHED!
Let the competition begin!!! Little Italy San Jose will be hosting a Little Italy Cannoli tournament at Bel Bacio (Bel Bacio - 350 W. Julian St #4 San Jose, CA). We will be bringing together contestants from Pastry chefs, to Italian Bakeries, to Italian Nonna's so we can find out who really has the best Cannoli. The judges will be a mix of Italian restaurant owners, bay area food critics, and culinary pastry chefs. We will have an award for the winner for bragging rights.
We will have eight contestants (including Dolce Sicilia, Romolo's Cannoli, La Biscotteria, and A Slice of New York and Mary's Cannoli) and only one champion! The single-elimination tournament will be setup bracket style. $25 ticket will include all eight (mini) cannoli and a glass of wine. All ticket sales on 5/6 will go towards Silicon Valley Giving Day in which large corporations will be matching donations made on that day to Santa Clara and San Mateo county non profits like Little Italy San Jose. Tickets will be limited so get there early! Profits made will go towards the new Little Italy cultural center & museum!
Hope you will join us to see who has Silicon Valley's Best Cannoli!!!
Every dollar raised on 5/6 will be matched by local companies as part of SV Gives!
