For more than a century, Stocktonians have loaded up on French bread and fresh milk rolls at the unassuming bakery on Sierra Nevada Street. When customers walk through the iconic green screen doors to their right, they will find Genova Bakery merchandise hanging above the countertop. Customers can grab and fill out a sandwich order form.
They have a few classic options: A regular (cheese and meat) and a combo sandwich (two types of meat and one cheese). Customers can also select which bread, meat, cheese, and vegetables they want. Customers can head to the deli and wait for their creations when they complete their order.
