Start the New Year by attending our first 2015 regional lunch. Join as we kick off the new year with the special treats of Piemonte, Italy, featuring Bagna Càuda (warm sauce). This is a typical Piemontese dish best described as "garlic fondue" served with variety of raw vegetables that are dipped in a garlic, anchovy, olive oil sauce. Member Agostino "Tino" Burzio, an IAHF member and native Piemontese will not only be sharing the food but the rich history of this second largest region of Italy, nestled in the Italian Alps.
