The long-awaited Los Angeles location of Eataly is getting close. The Italian-focused market and multi-restaurant concept should be ready to land at the revamped Westfield Century City by the end of this year, and to get that process underway they’re starting to staff up.
First things first, a facilities manager to oversee the entire sprawling property. As the Craigslist ad for the job shows, qualified applicants will know as much about parmesan cheese as they do air ducts and refrigeration. Among the perks: discounted gym memberships, a 401K, and daily family meal.
