The Italian Trade Commission invites members of the trade and press to visit the Italian Pavilion at this year's International Winter Fancy Food & Confection Show taking place this January 20-22 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
Once again, the Italian Pavilion will be the largest and the most versatile collection of foods, wines and spirits from many Italian regions. Close to fifty Italian exhibitors will span 5,500 square feet of exhibition space, presenting an impressive array of products including: Wine, preserved vegetables, artisanal pasta and sweets, cured meats, chocolate,olives, cheeses and olive oil.
Authenticity, quality, craftsmanship, creativity and cost-effectiveness will be, as always, mainstay themes of the Italian group.Organic, natural, gluten-free and biodynamic products will also be also shown, reminding visitors that Italy remains the premier producer of organic foods in Europe and one of the major food and wine providers to the United States.
