Fresh off the heels of making its West Hollywood debut, Nardò will soon bring its authentic Italian cuisine to Culver City. The newest location off Culver Boulevard is expected to be open by the end of the month. Originally founded in Huntington Beach by award-winning restaurateur Gianni Chiloiro, Nardò takes its namesake from Gianni’s mother’s, who is the inspiration behind his culinary passion.
“As a young boy, Gianni would spend hours cooking with his mother, learning how to prepare seafood and make homemade pastas and pizza. Decades later, Gianni has decided to celebrate his mother by naming his latest restaurant [her maiden name] Nardò,” says their website.
