Sogno Toscano, a New York-based Italian speciality food store, is opening a second L.A. market and cafe in The Grove, according to the shopping center’s website. The cafe’s menu will feature an array of soups, salads, Tuscan schiacciate, pinsa Romana, pastas, plus a wine bar and espresso bar.
On the market side, Sogno Toscano, which translates to “Tuscan Dream,” will sell high-quality goods either imported from Italy or locally sourced in the U.S. from Italian producers. Customers will be able to purchase a variety of meats, cheeses, seafood, pastas, grains, sweets, crackers, antipasto, tomatoes, truffles, gift packages, oils, vinegars and more.
