We're honored that Viola Buitoni's monthly classes on the traditions and trends of Italian cooking, held in the private kitchen of San Francisco's Italian Consulate, have now resumed. The next class is on the 2nd of October.
In these intimate hands-on workshops, students integrate Italian regional cuisine and seasonal ingredients into everyday, flavorful cooking for family and friends. The themed menus are custom crafted for each class in accordance with seasonal availability of fresh and mostly organic ingredients.
