Most food lovers in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia are familiar with the Aldo Lamberti family of restaurants located throughout the area. Ranging from casual fare to fine dining, the establishments are diverse in size, ambiance and menu selection, yet all serve up classic and modern Italian specialties, including homemade pizza, pastas, seafood and meat specialties.
This year marks a milestone for the company, as the family recently expanded their roster of restaurants to the Miami, Florida market. Officially opened on January 18, their newest restaurant, Palat (pronounced “palate”) is situated in the city’s newly-revitalized “design district” in the Buena Vista neighborhood.
