People are known to drive from afar just to sit down and enjoy entrees at Alfredo's Ristorante & Pizzeria Inc. in Bally. Antonio Nuzzolese is the chef, who moved to the U.S. with his family from Naples, Italy in 1987 at the age of 6. His father, Alfredo, opened the restaurant just five years later.
Antonio Nuzzolese is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, with an associate degree in culinary arts. In love with where he grew up, he said he travels back to Italy at least once or twice a year because of his penchant for life not far from the Mediterranean.
