The eclectic mix of restaurants along Bloomfield Avenue can now count Di Sopra, which looks to offer fine Italian fare, among the many dining options. The restaurant, located on the second floor of 373 Bloomfield Ave, is co-owned by partners John Giuffre and Michael Greene. The duo brings promises of classic Italian dishes remixed with modernized zest.
"Our theme is taking traditional dishes and giving them a contemporary twist," said Giuffre. "We're really doing our best to stand out from other restaurants... we aim to feature items that are different from other menus." In addition to featuring non-conventional menu items, the partners worked hard devising a theme for the restaurant that is both unique and contemporary.
