Eataly, a global Italian marketplace, will open its new location at the King of Prussia Mall early in the new year. An exact opening date has not yet been announced. The sprawling, multi-level store will cover some 23,000 square feet of space at the mall. Eataly locations feature an on-site restaurant called La Pizza & La Pasta and numerous grocery aisles with fresh Italian fare.
There will also likely be a bakery, fish market, cheese area, produce section, butcher, and more. The KOP Eataly location was originally confirmed in Oct. 2023, and work has been underway for months to transform the available space. The new establishment will take over a part of the mall previously used by Rite Aid and Forever 21.
