Francesca Gourmet Foods is now open in the New Bridge Landing at River Edge shopping center. The 6,000-square-foot space features a vast array of prepared foods from around the world — with a focus on classic Italian fare — made fresh daily, along with a selection of artisanal products.
Owner Keith Alliots, who named the place after his young daughter, pays homage to his Italian-American roots. The vast array of food selections, along with a live mozzarella-making station and a rosticceria with carved meats, including prime rib, is likely to become the talk of the town.
