It’s been a tough year for the restaurant business. Owners across South Jersey have had to grapple with the statewide orders to cease dine-in service, pivot to curbside takeout and delivery, then reconfigure outdoor dining footprints and find ways to comply with COVID-19-related restrictions as they resume on-site service.
So, it is great news for food lovers to hear that one Haddonfield culinary business is transforming into a BYOB restaurant. Valente’s Italian Specialties, a small market known for handmade pastas, fresh sauces and breads, imported cheeses, cured meats and more, is tucked into Kings Court near the gazebo.
