Does the world really need another television show about Italian food?
Chef and lifelong New Jersey resident Vic Rallo believes it does. Rallo, who grew up in Franklin Lakes — his parents owned the celebrated Molly's Fish Market (now Portobello) in Oakland — lives and breathes Italian cuisine. And his new series "Eat! Drink! Italy!" which will debut on local PBS stations Saturday, reflects that passion. Part cooking show and part travelogue, "Eat! Drink! Italy!" takes viewers on a brisk tour of the Italian countryside, making some memorable stops along the way.
