Miss Mandy’s Italian Eatery is a family-operated business offering reasonable prices for families looking for an evening out or a stay-at-home meal that doesn’t require cooking at home. Mandy Lawson and her partner Jason Mullins wanted to provide a different dining experience for local residents as well as trail riders and other tourists visiting Mullens.
“If you’ve had a long day and don’t want to cook, this is the place,” Mullins emphasized. “When the temperature is 100 degrees and you don’t want to turn on the stove in your kitchen, we’re here. “We have been working on this for a little over a year,” Mullins explained, “and we opened about a month ago.”
