Danilo and Alona Orofino are offering "authentic Italian food" in Orofino (link is external), the restaurant they're opening at 1006 C Caroline St. in downtown Fredericksburg. Their grand opening is August 12 - 18, 2016.
"Everything you'll find on the menu will have deep roots in each of the unique Italian regions, traditions, and cooking ethic—only simple, fresh ingredients," the Orofino's said. "When you walk through the gates of the courtyard, you will feel like you have stepped into Italy and be greeted with warmth and familiarity."
