P&S Ravioli Co.’s Italian Hoagie

Franco Di­Gi­ac­omo used to earn his liv­ing as a com­puter pro­gram­mer, but, much like the keys that he would ma­nip­u­late to write soft­ware pro­grams, he knew he could nev­er en­joy total autonomy in that role. Seek­ing to con­trol his des­tiny, he de­cided in 1994 to be­come a full-time em­ploy­ee of the P&S Ra­vi­oli Co. en­tity that his uncle, Primo, and fath­er, Secondo, es­tab­lished in 1966.

Twenty-two years in­to his culin­ary odys­sey, the res­id­ent of the 3200 block of South Broad Street is help­ing the fam­ily busi­ness to over­see five loc­a­tions, in­clud­ing 1722 Ore­gon Ave. and 1640 S. 10th St.
