In 1920, The Pork Roll Store started in Chambersburg, New Jersey. An entire century later, the business is still making the state’s most iconic breakfast meat. Robbie Battisti-Goldstein has fond memories, saying, "My father and grandfather Gabriel Battisti, along with his brother-in-law, opened their own Italian import business."
So, how does the store sustain itself after 100 years? What are the ingredients? She replies, "You give them quality, and plus, your name is out there. I think if your name is great, then that’s everything!"
