One of the first things our waitress told us after we sat down at Bravo! Cucina Italiana for dinner was that the food was fresh and made to order, in case we had any special requests. That's not what you expect to hear at a chain restaurant.
But Bravo!, which opened 10 years ago with the new Outdoor Shops at the Lehigh Valley Mall, doesn't fit the chain perception. It serves good Italian food at good prices in an upscale setting with good service.
