The Springfield Area Education Foundation holds an all-you-can-eat-Italian-buffet Thursday, at the Spring Valley Banquet and Meeting Facility, 400 W. Woodland Ave. Springfield Area Education Foundation has teamed with DiFabio's 9th Street Market and Catering Co.'s Chef Jeff Deal for a full array of appetizers, entrees and desserts.

The musical ambiance will be provided by classical guitarist Russ Ferrara. Dinner is served 5:30-9 p.m., and has an added feature of BYOB. The cost is $24.95 per person, $9.95 for ages 6-10 and free for ages 5 and under. A table of eight is offered a discounted price.
