Uncle Giuseppe's, the new Italian-themed supermarket in Ramsey, adds a new ingredient to North Jersey's highly competitive grocery mix.
The store, which had its grand opening Friday, is another example of how the demise of the A&P-owned supermarket chains opened up North Jersey to new grocery players that target niche audiences.
