Corbo’s Bakery in Little Italy has been a beloved staple for decades. They are known for their cassata cake and coconut bars as well as breads, Italian cookies, pizelles, and other delicious baked goods. They would bust out some savory food during the Feast, but you could only have their baked goods year round. That changed a little while ago (I’m guessing during the pandemic, but don’t quote me on that).
They opened a small brick and mortar pizza and pasta take-out spot in Little Italy across from Trattoria’s patio as well as one on Mayfield in Mayfield Heights just past Brainard Road and the shopping area with Skyline Chili and Scalper’s and one on Euclid next to Connor Palace Theater.
