What does a $100 million renovation produce restaurant-wise at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago? Find out on Monday, July 31 when Torali Italian — Steak opens on the 12th floor of the downtown Chicago hotel inside Water Tower Place. Bristling with Italian pride, there’s plenty of marble and the bar’s well-stocked with amaro.
Torali replaces Deca Restaurant, and the improvements are part of a hotel-wide renovation announced two years ago. They already added a new rooftop lounge, Rooftop at Torali, last year. That spot features sharable plates.
